Website Terms and Conditions
These terms describe the conditions for using the Cedarhelm Systems website. Cedarhelm Systems provides business operations consulting, systems implementation and automation support from Monument, Colorado, serving clients nationwide.
Please read these terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to use the website on these terms, please do not use it.
1. Website information and client engagements
This website explains our business and the kinds of services we offer. It is general information, not a proposal for a specific project or a substitute for advice based on your business circumstances.
Sending an inquiry, receiving an initial response or discussing a possible project does not itself create a paid engagement, authorize a subscription or obligate you to purchase services. Before paid work begins, the scope, fees, responsibilities, deliverables and applicable support terms must be agreed separately.
An accepted service agreement or proposal governs the work described in that agreement. Website descriptions do not expand that scope or replace its payment, cancellation, ownership, confidentiality or support terms. If an applicable service agreement conflicts with these website terms on a matter covered by that agreement, the service agreement controls, subject to applicable law.
2. Using the website
You may use the website to learn about Cedarhelm, contact us and review resources made available for that purpose. Please provide accurate information when making an inquiry and only share information you are authorized to provide.
You may not use the website to submit unlawful material, send spam, distribute malicious code, impersonate another person, attempt to access private information without permission, interfere with the website’s operation or bypass legitimate security controls.
These restrictions do not prohibit lawful search-engine indexing or other automated access that we permit. Permitted public access does not authorize access to private records, accounts or restricted systems.
3. Inquiries and information you submit
An initial inquiry should describe the business problem you want help with. Do not include passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, health records or confidential customer, employee or participant records.
Submitting an inquiry does not transfer ownership of your materials to Cedarhelm. It allows us to review and use the information to respond and evaluate your request, consistent with our Privacy Policy. A project requiring confidential information or system access should use an agreed process and any necessary written arrangements.
An inquiry form is not a substitute for a client service agreement or a designated secure method for sharing sensitive information.
4. Content and intellectual property
The website’s original text, design and Cedarhelm brand materials are owned by Cedarhelm or the applicable rights holder. Photographs, fonts, software and other materials may be used under licenses from their respective owners.
You may view the website and print or save reasonable portions for your personal use or internal business evaluation. Unless applicable law permits it, you may not commercially redistribute the website’s content, remove ownership notices, claim our original work as your own or reuse licensed assets without the relevant permission.
These website terms do not determine ownership of work created for a client. Ownership, licensing and handoff of project deliverables are addressed in the applicable service agreement.
5. Examples, founder experience and results
Illustrative processes and industry examples show ways a business system might work. They are not documented client outcomes unless specifically identified as such. A project example or testimonial describes the identified experience and does not establish an average or guarantee another client’s results.
Results depend on the business, existing tools, project scope, implementation and how people use the resulting process. Time savings, revenue, cost reductions, search rankings and inclusion in an AI-generated answer are not guaranteed by the website.
Kyle’s experience with A Little Extra Love Ministries and Inclusive Pathways is part of his operating background. Program figures attributed to those organizations describe their work and are not Cedarhelm client counts or results.
The identified founder and family photographs show Kyle and his family. Other stock photographs are illustrative and do not depict Cedarhelm clients or employees.
6. Software, automation and AI
Software and third-party services can have their own fees, licenses, availability limits and terms. Referring to a product, organization or platform does not imply a partnership, certification or endorsement unless specifically stated.
Automated processes and AI-assisted outputs can contain errors or require review. Appropriate approval steps, responsibilities and data handling should be addressed in the project scope. Website descriptions do not promise that a system will operate without interruption, remove every manual task or replace professional judgment.
Cedarhelm provides operational consulting and implementation. Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, medical or investment advice. Where a project touches those subjects, the appropriate licensed professional should review decisions within that professional’s field.
7. Other websites and providers
Links to other websites are provided for information or convenience. Those websites and services have their own terms, privacy practices and accessibility features. We do not control every change they make.
If an outside tool creates a barrier to contacting Cedarhelm or understanding our services, please contact us through the details below so we can discuss another way to help.
8. Website availability and responsibility
We aim to keep website information useful and reasonably current. The website may occasionally contain an error, be updated or become unavailable. Please confirm project-specific information with us before relying on it for a business decision.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not remove nonwaivable rights or change obligations in a separate client service agreement.
9. Applicable law and your rights
Colorado law governs these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. This provision does not remove mandatory protections available to you under the laws that apply where you live or to a particular transaction.
These website terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive a class-action right or select an exclusive court. Any additional dispute terms for a client engagement must be addressed separately and remain subject to applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update website information and these terms. The current terms will display their effective date. Updating a website page does not by itself retroactively amend a separate client agreement or replace notice or consent required by law.
