What would you like to get off your plate?

Tell Kyle About Your Business

Optional. Providing your number does not subscribe you to marketing texts.
Tell me how you handle it now and what you would like to change. You can keep it brief.

We use the information you provide to review and respond to your inquiry. Please leave out passwords, payment details, health records and confidential customer information. Read our Privacy Policy.

Fields marked * are required.

Reaching out does not commit you to a project.

What happens after you reach out.

  1. 01

    I read your inquiry.

I look at what you want to improve and whether it fits the work Cedarhelm does. If I need another detail, I’ll ask.

  2. 02

    We talk it through.

If it looks like a fit, we can spend about 20 minutes discussing how you handle the work today and what you would like to change.

  3. 03

We agree on the next step.

That might be a project proposal, a closer look at the process or a recommendation to try another approach. You’ll know the scope and price before paid work begins.

Questions before we get started.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. Describe the task or problem in your own words. We’ll explain the options and use AI where it fits.

Do I have to change my software?

We review what you already use first. A better process, a template or a connection between tools may be enough. If different software would help, we explain why and discuss the cost before you decide.

Can you work with our current CRM or scheduling system?

Tell me what you use, including spreadsheets and email. We check the product, subscription plan, available connections and permissions before promising an integration.

How much does the work cost?

Every project is different. After we understand the work, you receive a proposal that separates implementation, relevant software costs and any optional monthly support. You approve the scope and price before paid work begins.

How long will it take?

The timeline depends on the process, the tools involved and the access and approvals we need from your team. Your proposal sets out the expected steps, timing and anything that could affect delivery.

Will I work directly with Kyle?

Yes. You’ll work directly with me to set priorities and plan the project. I stay involved throughout the project.

What if the team doesn’t use the new process?

We involve the people doing the work, keep the steps clear and provide the training included in your project. We also agree on who in your business will be responsible for using and maintaining the process after the handoff.

What happens to our accounts and information?

We discuss the tools, access and information needed before building. Where practical, we use accounts your business controls and explain any exceptions in writing. Before using customer or sensitive information with AI, we review the tool’s data practices, access settings and information needs with you, and get your approval for that use.

What do we keep if we stop working together?

Before you commit, we put the handoff details in writing: what your business keeps, which accounts you control and any limits on continued use. Software subscriptions and licenses have their own terms.

Is ongoing support required?

No. Monthly support is a separate option. We explain maintenance needs before you commit to the project, including what your business would manage without a support plan.

Do you work outside Colorado?

Yes. Cedarhelm is based in Monument, Colorado, and works remotely with businesses and organizations across the United States.

Can you guarantee hours saved or search rankings?

No. We can agree on what to measure, such as time spent preparing an estimate or inquiries waiting for a response, then review the result after implementation. We do not guarantee a specific number of hours saved, a search ranking or a recommendation from an AI service.

Start with the part you want to change.

You don’t need to arrive with a solution. Tell me what is happening, and we’ll take it from there.
